Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return period: from the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a return. This also reflects the statutory cooling-off period that applies to orders within the European Union, meaning you always have the right to cancel or return your purchase within this period, for any reason and without needing to justify it.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused: not worn, not used, and still fitted with its original tags and packaging. You'll also need to keep your proof of purchase or order confirmation, as this is required to complete the return.

Starting a return

Contact us at info@kiddomus.nl to register your return. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a return label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send an item back without registering it first — unregistered returns won't be accepted.

Damage or issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong product, get in touch with us right away so we can find a suitable solution together.

Exceptions to the right of return

Some products are excluded from returns, including perishable goods, items that have been custom-made or personalized for you, and personal care products. We're also unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Not sure if your item falls into one of these categories? Just reach out to us.

Sale items and gift cards are always excluded from returns.

Exchanges

Prefer to exchange for a different item? Simply return the original product and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get what you need.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Processing returns

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse (or that of our partner) and passes inspection, we'll ship a replacement item or process your refund. This typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs

Returns and exchanges are subject to the same shipping fees as our standard shipping rates.
